The Smithfield-Selma High School Band Program offers many different performance opportunities for its students. The Spartan Regiment and the Winter Guard are the two competitive ensembles offered at Smithfield-Selma High School. The students involved in these activities travel and compete against other groups in the area as well as on the national level. The Jazz Band is an extracurricular group that performs at school and community events. The Percussion Theater and Concert Programs are groups that meet during the school day and perform at several concerts and events during the spring semester.
